The Large-Scale Retail Stores Location Law : "Law concerning the Measure by Large Scale Retail Store for Prevention of Living Environment" and Community Development
The Large-Scale Retail Stores Location Law was changed dramatically, and it has been implemented since June 1st, 2000. The major modification is that conventional judgement of criteria was based on the economic perspective in order to open large-scale retail stores. However, the law was revised as the adjective law underlying the environmental standpoint.
