Communities need a structural change, and individuals must modify their ways of thinking. We seek the possibilities how the progress of computerization effectively functions a variety of problems that each community has. The principle of the capitalist competition brought prosperity to the economy as well as created circumstances that forced the socially disadvantaged, infants and elderly citizens, out of the care system in communities. It is urgently needed that the framework that the community itself spontaneously throws in and assists it as the problem of the whole communities.
In order to achieve this objective, new styles of communities must be created. First, communities need to ride the tide of the computerization and create new communities in communication through the internet. It may be likened to the virtual communication in a way; however, sooner or later, it will become a communication in daily life among each field. Consequently, the built-up communities will be a new framework that covers the mutual cooperation and co-operative system.
